Seeking New Director

Whangarei Harmony Chorus is looking for a new Musical Director to take charge of our chorus.
We are seeking someone with a strong musical background who is keen to learn the barbershop craft and who can help us grow musically and in numbers.

The position comes with a small honorarium and all chorus related costs are paid for. There are many opportunities to attend national and international training courses run by Sweet Adelines and a director who is keen to up-skill will find that there are programmes to suit all interests from Directing and music arranging to judging.

New Zealand women's barbershop is among the best in the world and we have choruses and quartets competing internationally every year. Our new director should be enthusiastic and enjoy performance as well as the challenges of competition.
